Effective October 5, 2026. This notice explains how Small Kitchen Notes handles information through this website. Contact us at Librawebsites@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer questions, handle corrections and manage correspondence. Email is handled through Gmail. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
Your fit-check measurements
The fit checker calculates results in your browser. Its form does not send measurements to our server or save them in browser storage. Closing or refreshing the page clears its results. This does not prevent the hosting service from processing ordinary technical information about a page visit.
Hosting and technical information
WordPress and Hostinger provide the website infrastructure. Serving and protecting the site can involve technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser details and access time. We use site-building and caching tools to deliver pages efficiently. Technical logs and backups are handled through the relevant service settings and provider practices. See Hostinger’s privacy policy.
Cookies and embedded videos
WordPress can use cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in. Our fit checker does not set its own cookies. Pages also include YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube/Google; playing a video can involve additional device information, cookies or similar technologies. Google’s handling of that information is described in its privacy policy. Your browser settings let you manage or block cookies, although some features may work differently.
Amazon and other links
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Our Amazon links contain an affiliate identifier used to attribute qualifying purchases. When you follow a link, Amazon handles shopping and attribution information under its own privacy notice. Purchases and payment details are handled by Amazon, not by Small Kitchen Notes. Other external websites have their own privacy practices.
Use, sharing and retention
We use information to operate and protect the site, respond to messages and maintain accurate guides. Hosting and email providers process information to provide those services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to protect the site against misuse.
Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry and related records. Technical logs, backups and third-party records follow the applicable service settings and retention practices. We do not promise a single deletion period across independent providers.
Your choices and requests
You can use the guides without contacting us or entering measurements. To ask about information you have sent us, or request access, correction or deletion, email Librawebsites@gmail.com. We may need to verify a request and retain information where necessary for legal or security reasons. Rights and available remedies depend on the law that applies to you. For data held independently by Amazon or Google, contact that provider directly.
Children and policy updates
This site is intended for adults making household buying decisions. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it. We will update this notice when our website practices change and show the revised effective date above.
Click-to-play video and the cost calculator
Video previews use thumbnail images hosted by YouTube/Google. Loading a preview sends a request to those image servers, which can receive your IP address and ordinary browser request information. The video player itself loads only after you press play. Playing loads YouTube content and may send additional technical information to that service. The running-cost calculator processes the rates you enter locally in your browser; it does not submit them to us.
